wondering what the procedure for changing the axle seal on the front passenger side of 90 yj ,does it pull out or do you have to remove the 4 wheel vacuum arse. and put it in from that side ,thanks for any info(have the axle out)

Remove wheel , caliper , rotor , hub/ unit bearing , axle shaft , vacuum motor . The seal is inside the disconnect housing , not easy to get it in straight without having to "create" some sort of   tool / device to draw the seal into it's bore.

Yeah it pushes into the vacum setup. Pop it out with a pry bar.

To re install

Take your 36mm socket

Place seal on the socket and slide them into the vacum housing

Take a pry bar and pry on the center of the 36mm socket, slowly pressing the seal into the axle tube.
