Procomps are PROCRAP!!! I would not waste your money; I have not heard one person that actually likes them, but bought them because they were cheap at the time.
I guess what is the bigger question, are you looking for a bigger tire is will be good on-road and you are willing to for go it off-road capabilities, or do you want something that will be good off-road and are willing to scarifice so on-road capabilities.
Honestly, the MTR is a very good tire and I have heard a lot of people getting very good life out of them, like 50-60K. I have about 30K km on mine and there is still about 70% left, and that is 85% street, plus they handle well in the winter. These tires are a little more expensive but very good offroad and have very good onroad handling
