Tyler, a 32 x 11" bfg AT is about the max you can go. Even then, you WILL be the guy struggling in 4th going up a hill and sometimes hitting 3 at the top.
The reason for the brand is the weight, the bfg at is among the lightest tire on the market, and one of the only brands that come in a 32" size.
You could run a 31" tire, but it would look funny on a RE 3.5 lift.
Only way to handle a larger tire on the road with a 2.5 is to regear the axles. Stock is 4.10, lowest you can go is 4.88, which can handle a 33" tire if you keep the rig weight down.
