I took them out and used good quality truckbed liner. Big job but now I can pull the drain plugs and wash it all out.

If you want to keep them take them out and give them and the inside of the jeep a good wash. Let them dry fully before putting them back.

Did it my self. Takes a day or so to prep the surface for a good job. Material can run from $50-$200 depends on the quality of bedliner.

Remove all interior, scuff all surfaces and remove shine.  I used scotch pads, sandpaper and a wire brush.  Clean really good with xylene, let dry and then either roll in, brush in, or spray in.  I brushed mine in and got pretty good results with Durabak.  If I had it to do over again, I definitely will/would spray it in for more consistent results.

I used a product called Raptor. it is one of the higher $ spray on finishes. Prep the surface really well so you know it will stick. If you google Raptor beadliner and jeep there were a few good posts on the us Jeep sites with pics of others doing this to the interior.
